SAFETY AND WELL BEING Before receiving a treatment, every individual is health screened, therefore ensuring the safety and comfort of the client. Please arrive 5 minutes before your first appointment with us. We like to maintain a relaxed atmosphere around the salon area and so ask that if a session is booked, you arrive in plenty of time so that you maximise your time with us. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it may be given to a walk in customer. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or to reschedule, otherwise we have a company policy of £5.00 charge for NO SHOW on to your next visit.
